What you need to know

On-line applications to be received by Friday 27th February 2026. You will be notified by email on Monday 2nd March 2026.

The Finals will take place on Monday 23rd March 2026 in London.

The four top scoring finalists will invited to form the new Visionaries Re:MASTERED Team for 2026 and the new team will be announced on the following day.

The Process

You must be a hairdresser and a colourist with a minimum of 4 years hairdressing experience, to include a NVQ 2 qualification plus 2 years salon experience.

Finalists will be invited to recreate their ARTISTIC image submitted as part of their entry, to a panel of independent judges. Finalists will also be asked to present a mood board showcasing the ideas behind the cut and colour during a one-to-one interview with the judges, and these elements will form part of the judging process. Mannequins and all Revlon Professional® colour, care and styling will be provided.

All successful winners will be notified on Tuesday 24th March 2026.

All final Visionaries Re:MASTERED team members are required to commit to ALL DATES in the programme. Please note – the programme is entirely self-funded (please speak to your Revlon Professional® representative for more information).

All Visionaries are required to live and breathe the Revlon Professional® brand values.

The scheme is open to all Revlon Professional® salons.

  1. Your answers to Questions 1-7.
  2. Images that inspire you in your creative world to accompany your answer to Question 4.
  3. An ARTISTIC fashion forward image showcasing before and after images of an amazing colour, cut and finish.
  4. A COMMERCIAL colour technique image, showcasing Revlon Professional colour at its best.
  5. A DIGITAL link (from Instagram or Tik Tok, showing your flair for content creation and engagement with your followers.
